We continue in our reading of the book of Mark with Derek Osburn. Derek is a former youth minister, pastor, and church planter. He has spent the last several years working in mission organizations and he is currently the Executive Director of The Word at Work, a missions organization that works primarily in Belize. Derek actually led the trip that our church took July 3-10. We talk about Mark 14:1 - 15:47, what surprises, amazes or confuses us in the text. We talk about how God spoke to us through this passage, and how the truths of this passage shape the way we live and the way we see the world.
